Have Multiple People Who Will Be Placing Orders?
If you have multiple people who need to place orders on your team, we recommend you share a login for your account. Please do not prompt your team members to use the “Create Account” option on the login page, as this will not give them access to the wholesale pricing. Our team has specific settings for your account that gives you access to wholesale pricing.
Login with Shop
You can use “Login with Shop”as long as it’s tied to the same email your activation email was sent to. You will not see wholesale pricing if you use an email other than the email address your activation email was sent to.
Confirm Login Before Checkout
Before you place your order, ensure you're still logged into your account. If you are seeing retail prices at checkout, you may not be logged in and could have been logged out automatically if too much time has passed. Just login with your account, and your cart should still be saved.
Can't remember your login credentials?
You have the option to reset your password, on your account or our team can reset it for you if you need support. We also can look up your account and confirm the email that your account is tied to.
