About Gourmet to Go
Gourmet to Go was created by Adria Tortorigi, owner of La Farre Markt in Trussville, AL. Our vision is to bring delicious, ready-made meals to our customers so they can spend more time with their families and focus on things they enjoy doing instead of spending time in the kitchen! Gourmet to Go began at La Farre’s store in Trussville and at a small Hub in Guntersville. In 2024, we had such demand for our food we moved to a larger commercial kitchen and through our state license, we can wholesale our meals to retailers throughout Alabama. This means La Farre Markt can provide more meals to more families!
Meet Adria Tortorigi
Adria Tortorigi is the owner of La Farre Markt and Gourmet to Go. An Auburn University graduate with a degree in marketing, Adria had a successful career in sales before diving into the retail world to express her true passions: cooking, wine, and home decor.
She lives in Trussville, Alabama with her husband, Joseph, and enjoys spending time “back home” in Guntersville, near her family and where she first entered the retail business. She is excited to bring her gourmet meals to more people in the Birmingham community.
